These terms cover your use of website-test9.cabid.net and the event services Long Weekend provides. Using the site means you accept them.

1. What we are

Long Weekend is an independent information site about hotels beside the licensed casino venues in New Zealand. We are not a casino and we are not a ticket seller. We do not operate games, accept or place bets, hold stakes, take reservations or hold rooms, or provide any gambling service. Nothing on this site is an offer to do any of those things.

2. What we list

We list events at venues licensed to operate casino gaming in New Zealand under the Gambling Act 2003, and ticketing services established in New Zealand. We do not list offshore online gambling operators, and we will not, because advertising them to a New Zealand audience is not permitted.

3. Age

Entry to a New Zealand casino floor is restricted to guests aged 20 and over as a condition of the venue's licence. That rule belongs to the venue and is enforced at the door with photo identification.

4. Accuracy

Calendars, buy-ins, ticket prices and dress codes are set by venues and change without notice. We describe formats and point you to the source rather than copying dates that go stale. Always confirm details with the venue or ticketing service before travelling or paying.

5. Bookings happen elsewhere

Every booking is a contract between you and the venue or the ticketing service. Their terms, prices, refund rules and cancellation policies apply, not ours. We cannot book, hold, change or refund anything on your behalf.

6. Outbound links and referral tracking

Some outbound links carry a referral parameter identifying this site as the source of the visit. This costs you nothing, does not change the price you pay, and does not affect what we list or the order in which it appears. Links to help services and regulators never carry tracking.

7. Playing within limits

Gambling can cause harm. Every licensed New Zealand venue can arrange a pre-commitment or self-exclusion on request. The Gambling Helpline is free and confidential on 0800 654 655.

8. Website content

Text, layout, photographs and graphics on this site belong to us and may not be copied for commercial use without written permission. Descriptions of events, capacities and timings are illustrative and may change.

9. Liability

We provide the site as it is and do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or free of error. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986 where those Acts apply.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
